Dear Midwives,

We would like to invite you from the Midwives’ Balear Association to the II ABC Congress and XXI FAME Congress that is taking place in the Palau of Congress of Palma de Mallorca from 26^th to 28^th October 2023.

We are going to do it with the motto “R-evolution, Science and Profession. Midwives looking to the Future”. R-evolution: the union of the power, together, women and Midwives will make the difference, towards to our profession and towards caring for women during all stages of their lives; Science: always working with the last Scientific evidence, but without forgetting the human side; Profession: more than vocation, the Midwives can give the best care to women and their families, and Midwives looking to the Future: with the wisdom that gives us to be the oldest profession in the world, and always improving.

We want this congress to be a point of interaction, formation, investigation and also sharing ideas and creating synergies so that, as Midwives today, we could start building a better future.

We want to hold a Congress and as our motto says, we are a Revolution. For this reason, we are waiting for you with open arms, not only to enjoy the Scientific programme but also to stay with the magical light, the beauty of the sea and the rich gastronomy of this island.

We invite you to enjoy the Congress and the beauty of our islands, but specially we encourage you to delight with the “emotion of being a Midwife”.
