* It is essential to send a certificate of the association to which it belongs.

** The Resident Internal Nurse must send the certificate at the moment of registration.

** The workshops have a charge of 30€ per workshop. They are not included in the registration fees.

* Members have to send the certificate of the association to which they belong.
** Nurse in Residency Programmes must send the certificate at the moment of registration.
Register as Resident will be for those nurses who are in such a situation on the date of the Congress.

Reservation and Payment

The payment has to be done through:
- Online Credit Card. Once you finish your online registration, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway enabled.
- Bank Transfer. Caja Rural de Asturias BCOEESMM059 ES89 3059 0001 1333 5490 0528. Name and surname must be indicated in the concept, otherwise your registration might be cancelled.

Confirmation of registration

Once we receive your registration and the payment, an email of confirmation will be sent. In case you do not receive it within 15 days, please contact the Technical Secretary.

Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation, no refund will be made, only name change is allowed, prior notification to the Technical Secretariat within a maximum period of 10 days before the beginning of the Congress.
The cancellation has to be done sending an email to the Technical Secretary.
No partial or full refunds will be made in case of changes or cancellation of conferences due to non-attendance of speakers in the main programme of the Congress.

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will be on Friday 27^th of October.
El coste para los inscritos al Congreso es de 50€ por persona.
The deadline to register for the gala dinner is 23:59 on October 18, 2023.
Registers after deadline are no allowed, even at the venue of the Congress.
In case of cancellations no refunds will be made it.
